In the event that a customer receives a product that has been damaged in transit the customer has seven days to contact OnFIREbeerpong , Inc. If this problem arises, the customer may, at the company’s option, receive a refund for all or part of the purchase price excluding tax or shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the damaged product and the product must be received by OnFIREbeerpong, Inc. within 30 days of the original notice of damage. If the product is not received within such 30 day period, OnFIREbeerpong, Inc. will not be liable to grant any refund. All sales are final and undamaged products may not be returned for a refund of the purchase price. 

In order to file a claim, the following details need to be submitted by email to: customerservice@onfirebeerpong.com

1. Your order number.

2. The date you received your order.

3. An explanation as to why you are submitting the claim.

We will respond to your claim with in 14 days of receipt.  

Shipping Policy:

OnFIREbeerpong, Inc. strives on getting its customers its products as soon as possible. This being said, products will be shipped with in one to two days upon receiving your order. This does not include personalized or custom products. Personalized or custom products will be processed as soon as we receive the final approval from the customer. Once the approval of the personalized or custom products has been received, OnFIREbeerpong, Inc. will give an estimate time of when the product will be ready to ship. All orders will be shipped via ground through UPS unless stated by the customer.

Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from playing beer pong, beirut, or any similar drinking game, with alcohol.  All individuals over the age of 21 are encouraged to drink responsibly.  OnFIREbeerpong, Inc. denies any liability for any injury, accident, or loss suffered by any individual that voluntarily plays beer pong, beirut, or any similar drinking game.  Moreover, OnFIREbeerpong, Inc. denies any liability to any individual that suffers injury, loss or death by any act, negligent or otherwise, from any individual that played beer pong, beirut, or any similar drinking game.
